Food, restaurant oil, farm organics, clean wood, plastic films, and solar surplus are not interchangeable fuels. Each deserves a separate bank, owner, process, destination, and safety boundary. This is a public research desk, not an operating collection or energy service.

Food feeds people before it fuels machines. Edible surplus belongs in the food network. Inedible organics may suit composting or an authorized anaerobic digester. Used cooking oil requires legitimate refining before becoming certified biodiesel. Plastic bags are a materials-recovery problem, not home-heating fuel.

What GHoT would eventually know

An independent resource owner may offer a feedstock. An independently consenting receiver may accept it. A qualified processor may produce a new, specified output. Only a verified appliance or controller can actually use that output. GHoT records provenance, units, available energy, emissions, costs, and receipts without confusing a proposed crossing with completed work.
